PERSONAL MANAGER

  • Responsible in supporting the Human Resource and Administration Manager in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of Human Resource policies and procedures and ensure their compliance to the systems, structures and standards set by various business units and support units of the Company; and ensuring strategic involvement of HR on work processes and standards set by the various business units in relation to attraction and retention of Paris Group employees.
  • Develop the Human Resource and Administration Department as a team that possesses the necessary behavioural and technical competence to be an effective support to the attainment of the corporate vision.
  • Assist in the administering with updated relevant set of Human Resource Policies and systems.
  • Prepares budget of human resources operations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Consults legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  • Develop and establish innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies and techniques to attract the best candidates in the workforce.
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
  • Develop directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits.
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.
  • Plans new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Implement the Performance Management System
  • Develop the administration of HRIS on Navision
  • Administers performance review program and salary administration to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
  • Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate.
  • Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.
  • Ensure the safety in the working area.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    Education: College Graduate
    Degree:
    Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts
    Years & Type of Experience:
    5 to 10 years experience in experience in the area of Hospitality, Food & Beverage
