TRAINING MANAGER
- Responsible in direct employee training program of PARIS GROUP. Ensures that the training material is efficient and updates regularly along with a host of other duties and responsibilities.
- Form training objectives, strategies and execution plans.
- Planning the training schedule for employees in a company.
- Allotting staff for training.
- Ensuring that the materials used for training are upgraded as per the new rules and regulations of the company.
- Conduct tests for evaluating the skills of the employees
- Form contracts with external HR firms and outsource training programs to them.
- Ensure that the employee records are updated.
- Supervise the training staff and ensure that they are following the planned schedule.
- Report the results of the training program to the management of the company.
- A thorough knowledge about company strategies, rules and regulations of the company in order to prepare a comprehensive training program.
- Excellent management and organization skills.
- Ability to train the trainers to improve their efficiency.
- Good organization skills
- Good leadership ability to lead the training staff.
- Ensure the safety in the working area.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Education: Bachelors’ Degree / College Graduate
Degree: HR Management / Business Management / Communications / Other Related Courses
Experience: Human Resource / Training and Development Department
Years & Type of Experience: Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years’ experience
Certificate / Licenses: An advanced degree or Professional Certification
